PERODUA STARCLUB VIRTUAL CONFERENCE 2021
The Starclub conference is an annual conference aimed to have all the Perodua sales advisors stay updated on the industry trends, company’s retrospect and prospects. It was also aimed to send recognition to Perodua’s high achiever sales advisor. Themed “Elevate Your Potential”, Perodua StarClub Virtual Conference 2021 was organized on 09 November 2021.
EVENT CHALLENGES
The annual conference was forced to call off and every planning in the production was on hold in the year 2020 due to the pandemic outbreak and lockdown restrictions. Partnering with a.c.e for the first virtual experience in the Perodua Annual Virtual Conference 2021, the cancellation of the Perodua StarClub Conference 2021 was never an alternative. Perodua went through the best part of the virtual event and this time, they took an opportunity to enhance their technical aspects with the hybrid format.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
Following the opening remarks by the director of PSSB, Perodua StarClub Virtual Conference 2021 was scheduled then with the StarClub Award 2021. Aforementioned, the annual conference was forced to be canceled in the year 2020 due to the global health threat. The awards presentations were split into two parts which were the Five years & Above Memento Service 2019/2020 and Five years & Above Memento Service 2020/2021. All the archivers were announced and shown on the screen. To enhance the event ambience, all the Perodua sales advisors would react to their excitement via the emoji feature at the left bottom of the virtual event platform.
The Coffee Talk with Perodua Management was a significant session during the event. The Perodua sales advisor were able to share and discuss their perspectives by sending their questions via the Q&A box. The upgrade as compared to the previous virtual conference was the Q&A live Dial-in whereby the Perodua sales advisor could video call into the virtual event platform to join the conversations with the management.
Following the Training Session: Break Down Barriers To Success by Faizul Ikhwan, Success Touch Enterprise, the downloadable presentation slide were offered at the Briefcase so the attendees could review afterwards.
Perodua StarClub Virtual Conference 2021 was ended with the closing remarks and finally the virtual photo session. Perodua encouraged all sales advisors to dress up in Perodua uniforms and take a photo to create a group moment at Group Photo Submission.
In between, they could also join the Virtual Photobooth to take photos with the filter of corporate identity.

RESULTS
Perodua saw a high level of engagement throughout the events. Not only the event’s success, Perodua StarClub Virtual Conference 2021 built up the motivation vibes among the sales advisors and high achievers. The valuable moment was remarkable for all the attendees after two years.
