OBJECTIVES
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Jakarta (HKETO Jakarta) and Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) jointly held a media launch ceremony, to mark the official debut of “Marvels in Hong Kong”. It is a dedicated event series to showcase Hong Kong’s latest developments in areas such as arts, culture and tourism.
CHALLENGES
The media launch ceremony encompassed a wide array of engaging activities on topics in which HKETO Jakarta and HKTB would take the opportunity to showcase the new attractions and developments in Hong Kong.
There were invited guests and media attending and witnessing the launch. a.c.e had to consider a few elements to maximize the intakes through the private event, as below:-

RESULTS
All stakeholders were aligned with the clear instruction and event brief. The 2-hour media launch ceremony went smoothly and delivered a stronger banding which create the desired impact and left a lasting impression on the attendees.
A remarkable highlight throughout the media launch was that HKTB invited local celebrities and artists in Malaysia to highlight the latest information, and share their experiences travelling in Hong Kong and networking. Overall, a.c.e received many positive compliments and had been pleased with the event atmosphere.
After the event, HKETO Jakarta engaged a.c.e to host the“Marvels in Hong Kong: 25 Years and Beyond” Roving Exhibition in Malaysia from Aug 26 to 28 at Paradigm Mall. You can learn more about exhibition management here.
