Over the 13 years, MN Holding Berhad (MNHB) established its presence in the underground utilities and substation engineering specialist. MNHB’s business activities are primarily engaged in the provision of infrastructure utilities construction services and solutions, serving customers in the power, gas, sewerage, and telecommunications industries in Malaysia.
Malaysia has entered a nationwide lockdown for the last two years. Amidst the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has severely disrupted the health, socioeconomic and humanitarian globally, MNHB has seen a favourable position across the market. In alignment with its business objectives, MNHB maintained sustainable growth in its business and created long term shareholder value.
On 27 January 2022, MNHB signed the underwriting agreement with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd in conjunction with its initial public offering (IPO) exercise to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd. Meanwhile, the prospectus launch was scheduled for April 2022.

On 08 April 2022, MNHB invited all the stakeholders to gather at EQ Kuala Lumpur to witness the Company’s prospectus launch, in conjunction with MNHB’s listing on the ACE Market.
a.c.e had utilized the creative gimmicks and technology to kick off the prospectus launch. There were five customised podiums placed on the stage. During the opening ceremony, VIPs were invited to place MNHB’s logo mock-ups on the smart podiums, interacting with the LED lights and the stage lighting to indicate the launch had been initiated.
The launching gambit was followed by a launching video played on the LED screen. People love video and it is the perfect tool to impress the audiences while keeping a high-energy event. This was where a.c.e put much effort into the video production to make the launching video looks professional as well as attractive. a.c.e was working closely with the MNHB team in developing the launching video to ensure the right message was conveyed. Mercifully, the prospectus launch created a lasting impression on the event and highlighted the unique value propositions for the Company.

MNHB Prospectus Launch was well-organized with flawless event execution. Under the listing exercise, MNHB was issuing 81.75 million new shares in the group, representing approximately 20% of the enlarged share capital at an issue price of 21 sen per share.
