Infoline Tec Group Berhad (Infoline Tec) has firmly established itself as the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity service provider. The business commenced in 2013, Infoline Tec is primarily providing IT infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity solutions managed IT and other IT services, and trading of ancillary hardware and software.

On 20 June 2022, Infoline Tec launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) prospectus in a ceremony held at Avante Hotel, Petaling Jaya, in conjunction with Infoline Tec’s listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on July 13. The launch was attended by several board members and senior management team, principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent.
