- Ensured a welcoming atmosphere with background music and a continuous loop of relevant videos.
Program Coordination:
- Kicked off the event with a welcome address by Christian de Guzman, setting the tone for the day’s discussions.
- Managed the seamless transition between sessions, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive segments such as Q&A.
- Coordinated the involvement of speakers and panelists, ensuring they were prepared and equipped with necessary audio-visual aids.
Technical Support:
- Provided comprehensive audio-visual support, ensuring all equipment, including LED screens, microphones, and lighting, was tested and functioning perfectly for all presentations and performances.
- Maintained a smooth flow of content on screens, including event holding slides and presentation materials.
Interactive Engagement:
- Facilitated interactive segments using Slido for real-time polling and Q&A, engaging the audience and encouraging participation.
- Managed live feedback collection and ensured resources related to the discussions were accessible to attendees post-event.
Closing and Post-Event:
- Coordinated the closing remarks and ensured the smooth departure of all guests.
- Collected feedback to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement, enhancing future event planning.
