The MERCK Pharmacist Workshop aimed to enhance pharmacists’ knowledge and skills in managing various health conditions. The workshop provided an interactive and educational platform with expert-led sessions, discussions, and practical workshops, focusing on the latest advancements in pharmacology and patient care.

  1. Pre-Event Coordination
    • Preparation and Rehearsal: Conducted rehearsals for flawless execution, including technical checks and timing.
    • Guest Management: Coordinated guest arrivals and registration with pre-printed badges and clear instructions.
    • Logistics: Set up directional signages, registration counters, and seating arrangements.
    • Accommodation and Travel: Arranged Deluxe Room accommodations for 47 guests, managed flight tickets, and coordinated transportation from the airport to the venue.

    • Session Management: Organized expert-led sessions with smooth transitions and interactive Q&A.
    • Technical Support: Provided audio-visual setup, LED screens, and microphones for presentations and discussions.
    • Program Coordination: Managed the agenda, including breaks, lunch, and interactive segments.
    • Registration Management: Handled pre-event and on-site registration for up to 200 attendees, with an RSVP page, automated emails, and instant attendance updates.

    • Interactive Engagement: Used Slido for Q&A, facilitated workshops, and collected feedback.
    • On-Site Support: Ensured participants had access to necessary resources and information.
    • Post-Event Coordination: Assisted with certificate distribution and feedback collection.
    • Lanyard and Badge Management: Provided 120 sets of lanyards and PVC badge holders for easy identification.

  4. Engaging Q&A Sessions: Facilitated real-time interaction between participants and speakers using Slido.
