1. Insurance Coverage
To indemnify the Insured against all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay for compensation in respect of: –
a) bodily injury*
b) loss of or damage to property

2. Limit of Liability
RM 1,000,000 for any One Accident & any One Period of Insurance

3. Excess
5% of loss or minimum RM1,000 on each loss (apples to third party property damage only)
