CHALLENGES
After a few years of virtual, Maybank Treats Fair was back physically in 2022. Organizing a large-scale event featuring a series of fun activities with over a hundred participating merchants, the four-day event required careful planning and execution of logistics, such as venue selection, equipment rental, staffing, and transportation. Creating buzz throughout the event could be challenging in a crowded marketplace, whereby a well-planned event programme was crucial to its success.
