Every year, our Muslim friends celebrate the Hari Raya Puasa, a.k.a Hari Raya Aidilfitri to conclude the Ramadan holy month of fasting. Hari Raya Aidilfitri is the merry celebration for every Muslim as it marks a person’s triumph and success on discipline and self-resistance which symbolizes refinement and rebirth.
On the morning of Hari Raya, the men perform prayers at the mosque. The Muslim family will go to the family graveyard to give Al-Fatihah or read the Ya Sin for the family members that pass away. The ceremony is to pray to have a good afterlife. After that, they will visit or welcome their relatives and friends to celebrate together.
With a better fortune, TechnipFMC had hosted the TechnipFMC Hari Raya to share their joy, forgiveness and build up the relationship. The festive was served with lots of Malay traditional foods and Malay traditional performances. There were also Malay traditional games like Congkak and Guli. All the staff was wearing the Malay tradition outfit and invited to join the celebration. Besides that, there were also Malay traditional games available.
The celebration had brought the fellowship and reconciliation between the TechnipFMC staff. Looks how happy they are in the video below!
